A hare was rescued from the stormy conditions at Dublin Airport in Ireland.

The baby animal, that was named Emma, was covered in ice before being rescued from the snow.

She could have died if not discovered, officials at the airport said.

Dublin Airport posted a video of the sweet rescue on their Facebook page.

“We had a special rescue this morning by one of our Airport Police officers. This little baby hare was taken to safety and given food and much needed heat,” airport officials wrote. “We're happy to report that she's safe and well and is now being looked after by the family of our colleague who found her.”

The rest of Emma’s family was reportedly found a short time after they found her.

They plan on releasing the hare and her family back into the wild once their back to her full health.
