The 11th Annual Teen Choice Awards were presented on Sunday, August 9th, at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California. Teen favorites Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron, the Jonas Brothers, and the cast of the Twilight movie walked away with many of the night's awards. The biggest winner of the night may have been Britney Spears, who took home the Ultimate Choice Award.
16-year-old Miley Cyrus stunned the audience at the Teen Choice Awards when she danced on a stripper pole and showed off her provocative dance moves.
Wearing short shorts and boots, Miley burst out of a trailer and jumped onto the stripper pole and performed her new song "Party in the U.S.A."
Miley is also sporting a pierced nose, and she told INSIDE EDITION she was looking forward to presenting an award to her idol, Britney Spears.
Spears looked incredible on the show, wearing long blond hair extensions and appearing fit and healthy.
The fans chanted her name as Spears picked up the top award of the show, the Ultimate Choice Award.
"Wow, this is such an honor, thank you guys so much, I'm so happy to be here tonight with all of you, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much and god bless," said Spears, thanking the audience for the award.
And you'll never guess who 48-year-old comedian Kathy Griffin brought as her date...18-year-old Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin's ex-fiancé!
"Yes I'm a cougar and this might be illegal, I'm not even sure if this is legal frankly, I might just go to jail after this award show," joked Griffin.
"I was stoked," said Johnston.
"We're totally stoked, we're stoked together a lot," cracked Griffin.
Transformers 2 star Megan Fox and Twilight's Robert Pattinson were named the Top Female and Top Male Hotties respectively.
There was an awkward moment when comedian Dane Cook put Vanessa Hudgens on the spot over the latest nude photos of her making the rounds on the internet: "Girl, you gotta keep your clothes on," he said.
Hudgens didn't look too pleased, and Cook was booed by the audience.
