Paul Boyd is a New York-based correspondent for Inside Edition and co-anchor of Inside Edition Weekend. He's covered many of the biggest national and international news stories during his 11 seasons with the award-winning newsmagazine.

Boyd led Inside Edition's coverage of the Casey Anthony trial and stunning verdict from Orlando. He brought viewers several exclusive interviews and reports dating back to when little Caylee was first reported missing.

Boyd reported extensively on the military operation that killed Osama bin Laden and experienced first hand the grueling training required to become an elite Navy SEAL. He traveled to Pakistan years earlier for Inside Edition and filed reports on the hunt for bin Laden in the dangerous tribal region known as Waziristan.

Boyd's international reporting also includes the deadly "7/7" terror attacks in London and lengthy assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan during both wars.

During his reporting of the Times Square car bombing attempt, Boyd broke news when he documented the Connecticut apartment of terrorist Faisal Shahzad. Boyd was also dispatched to cover the Fort Hood shootings, the Virginia Tech college massacre, Hurricane Katrina, the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster and the devastating crash of American Airlines Flight 587.  He also reported from "Ground Zero" the day of the 9/11 attacks in New York City.

Boyd traveled with President Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign and with President Bush during the 2004 election. He also provided political coverage from both the Republican and Democratic National Conventions in 2008 and 2004.

Boyd has reported on former Presidents Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush and attended the funerals of Presidents Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford.

Boyd currently lives in the New York area with his wife, Amanda, and their two sons.
