Britney Spears Promises She's OK in New Post After Claims She Was Forced Into Mental Health Facility

Britney Spears reassured fans she's doing well.

Britney Spears is telling the world she is doing fine.

“Just checking with all of you who are concerned about me. All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately so I just needed time to deal. But don’t worry I will be back very soon,” she told fans on social media.

“I wanted to say hi, because things that are being said have just gotten out of control!!! Wow!!! There’s rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things crazy things being said. I am trying to take a moment for myself, but everything that’s happening is just making it harder for me. Don’t believe everything you read and hear,” she wrote in her Instagram post.

She also posted a workout video, wearing a yellow crop top while showing off her toned abs and dance moves, saying, “Who knew stress would be a great 5-pound weight loss?”

There's been concern for Spears after she appeared disheveled and out of it on Easter Sunday while leaving a Beverly Hills hotel with her boyfriend, model Sam Asghari.

The sighting followed the #FreeBritney movement that erupted after it was claimed on a Spears fan podcast that she was being held against her will inside a mental health facility.

A report from The Blast says the singer’s release is imminent.

There is more hope she's in a better state of mind as she was spotted popping into a yogurt shop in Santa Monica on Tuesday. Spears looked healthier in a short white dress, with her hair pulled back in a ponytail.
