Jerry Lewis Speaks Out About Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton

INSIDE EDITION talks to Jerry Lewis as he prepares for his annual Labor Day Telethon, and he's got strong words for Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton.

Jerry Lewis is hopping mad, lashing out at troubled actress Lindsay Lohan in a shocking tirade.

"I would smack her in the mouth. I'd smack her in the mouth if I saw her," said Lewis.

INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret asked, "What would you say to her?"

"I would say 'you deserve this and nothing else. Whack! And then if she's not satisfied, I'd put her over my knee and spank her," said Lewis.

And just listen to his opinion of Paris Hilton.

Lewis said, "The same thing with Paris Hilton. Those children are begging for help. What they're doing is saying I'm (expletive deleted) up. Can you help me?"

Moret sat down with the 84-year-old entertainer as he prepares to host his annual Labor Day Telethon for muscular dystrophy, and as you can tell, he's as feisty as ever.

Lewis gave Moret a tour behind the scenes of his telethon. His energy is remarkable considering 4 years ago he was at death's door after suffering a heart attack. He even needed help to sit down.

"You look great. How do you feel?" asked Moret.

"I'm vertical. I told you that, how can you feel bad. I get up in the morning, if I open my eyes, I'm a hit. What more do I need to do? I open my eye. I have a little band play," said Lewis.

Ever the entertainer, Lewis hammed it up for our cameras, but he clearly has no patience for the wild child stars of today.

"They have the intelligence of a box of rock," said Lewis.
