Bolton Returns to DWTS While Cho Gets Voted Off

Michael Bolton returned to the stage of Dancing with the Stars, but this time it was to sing. INSIDE EDITION reports from behind-the-scenes.

Michael Bolton returned to Dancing with the Stars, singing "Hallelujah," a last-minute replacement for Susan Boyle, who called in sick.

And amazingly, Michael did his performance with only one hour of rehearsal!

"Wouldn't you say it's a triumphant return for Michael Bolton to the ballroom?" said host Tom Bergeron.

Triumphant because of his well publicized smack down with judge Bruno Tonioli.

Tonioli harshly criticized Bolton last week, saying, "That was the worst jive in 11 seasons."

Last night, Bolton got a big cheer from the audience while Tonioli was smiling through clenched teeth. Backstage, he gave Bolton a rave review, saying, "Fantastic. Absolutely brilliant!"

And comedian Margaret Cho won't be returning. She got the boot after it came down to her and Bristol Palin.
