Capri Anderson Says Charlie Sheen Put His Hands Around Her Neck

The woman at the center of the latest Charlie Sheen scandal speaks out in shocking detail about that now infamous night with Sheen in New York's Plaza hotel. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

The woman at the center of the Charlie Sheen scandal breaks down is speaking out for the first time about the actor's Plaza hotel meltdown.

Capri Anderson dissolves into tears in interview with Nightline and Good Morning America saying that Sheen grabbed her by the neck, threatened her and violently hurled objects at her in his posh hotel suite.

Anderson said, "I just think that I was really about to get hurt. He was calling me a whore a lot, and he was yelling things like, 'If you don't come out here I'm going to kill you. If I get in there, you're going to be sorry.' "

Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos asked, "He threw a lamp?"

"He threw a lamp. That was the first thing he picked up," said Anderson.

The porn star is now fighting back against Sheen with double whammy legal action on both coasts. In Los Angeles, she's filing a civil lawsuit seeking monetary damages. And in New York, she's pressing criminal charges at the midtown north police precinct.

Anderson says the now notorious night began when she was offered $3,500 through her agent to be Sheen's dinner date at the swanky Daniel restaurant, saying, "It was $3,500, yes. And I never expected that the night would unfold the way it did."

But she says things got ugly when they went back to the Plaza, saying, "He was fairly intoxicated."

Stephanopoulos asked, "You heard him snorting something?"

"Yes. I was sitting on the edge of the coffee table and he was serving us both drinks, and he snorted something. I looked over. It was a white powdery substance," said Anderson.

The porn star admits to kissing Sheen, giving him a massage and taking off her dress.

"There was a little bit of romance, if you will. When I became really uncomfortable was when he put his hands around my neck. That's was when things really started to go wrong and when I felt I was no longer in a good situation and I should try my best to leave or get out of there."

She says Sheen came after her with a shiny metal object. Thats when she panicked and hid in the bathroom.

"It looked like a knife but I'm wasn't sure. It could have been an envelope opener or something. So at that point, I went as fast as I could into the bathroom and locked the door," said Anderson.

A lawyer for Sheen, TV's highest paid actor, is firing back in a statement saying, "Capri never made any allegation to the police the night of the incident and she had every opportunity to do so. She also posted on her website that she was 'fine' and if you wanted to see more of her, for a price, once could enter the website. These allegations are a blatant attempt to cash in on (Mr. Sheen's) celebrity."

And his manager blasted the porn star, saying, "This is a woman who, for the right amount of money, sleeps with strangers."

Stephanopoulos said, "His attorney says that one of the reasons this got out of control was because you expected to be paid for sex in that room and that didn't happen."

"Thats absolutely wrong," said Anderson.

Anderson says she has heard from Sheen once since his headline-making scandal, in a text massage. Anderson says he offered her money to keep quiet about everything.

"He apologized for his behavior. I was upset and shocked that he approached me in any way again," said Anderson.
