On a radio show interview, Charlie Sheen had a piece of advice for another troubled Hollywood star – Lindsay Lohan. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
Charlie Sheen called the Dan Patrick Radio Show and he sounds a bit, well, caffeinated.
"It's just insane. I have to comment on a couple of things. Hold on, sip of coffee. Dry mouth. Bad coffee. Dryer mouth. 'Oh my god what does he mean dryer mouth? He's smoking crack again!' Idiots," Sheen says on the Dan Patrick Radio Show.
Sheen is undergoing at-home rehab after a thirty six hour epic bender that left him hospitalized. He described how executives from CBS staged an intervention to get him sober.
"So, they came in and just man to man said, 'We have to shut it down. Dude it's getting really obvious and we're really worried about you. We don't give a rat's tooey about the show. We care about your health,' And for that I am supremely grateful," says Sheen.
Sheen also revealed that he sometimes needs a prop to keep him from falling on the set of Two and a Half Men.
Patrick asks, "Were you drunk on the set during the show?"
"Never been drunk, never been high on the set once. But I would show up not having slept much. Doing a network run through and asking the director to move my mark a little bit just so I could be next to a piece of furniture or a table," says Sheen.
"So you could lean on it?" asks Patrick
"Yeah, so I wouldn't fall over," replies Sheen.
Sheen has some advice for of all people, celebrity train-wreck Lindsay Lohan, he says, "You get Lindsay on the show, I will call in. I've got some advice for her. I've got some things I would recommend she consider."
What's your one piece of advice if I have Lindsay on?
"Work on your impulse control. Just try to think things through a little bit before you do them," says Sheen.
