Justin Bieber's Abortion Comment Causes Controversy

Controversy is brewing over Justin Bieber's recent comments about abortion in a Rolling Stone interview. INSIDE EDITION has the story.

Girls screamed when Justin Bieber greeted them outside a radio station in Paris. The young girls had lined the block for hours waiting for Bieber to sign autographs. When Bieber's Mercedes SUV arrived, guards had to push the girls back behind the barricades.

Meanwhile there's a lot of buzz about Bieber's controversial interview with Rolling Stone magazine.

Bieber, who is a committed Christian, told the magazine, "I really don't believe in abortion. It's like killing a baby."

When Beiber was asked if he thought there should be an exception for a rape victim, he replied, "I think that's really sad, but everything happens for a reason. I don't know how that would be a reason. I guess I haven't been in that position, so I wouldn't be able to judge that."

Justin's controversial opinion sparked an angry debate on The View. Host Joy Behar said, "That's really insulting to people who have been raped or victims of incest. There is no reason for that."

"You can't discount his opinion because he's young," said Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

Meanwhile, some are questioning whether it's even appropriate to ask a 16-year-old about abortion.

"It is appropriate to be asking Bieber these questions. He is the biggest teen idol in the world right now. He has millions of fans around the world that follow him and want to know how he feels about these things," said the Deputy Manager Editor at Rolling Stone.
