Chris Brown Publicly Apologizes on BET's 106 and Park

Chris Brown has apologized for his window-smashing meltdown at Good Morning America.

"I got very emotional and I apologize for acting like that. I want to apologize to anybody startled anyone offended or disappointed in my actions. I was disappointed in my behavior," said Brown.

The singer appeared on BET's 106 and Park and explained why he flipped out when Robin Roberts asked him about the beating of ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

"We were supposed to perform and the talking points were about positively like the album. So when the interview proceeded I was kind of thrown off like they told us this just to get us on the show, they exploited it. When I got backstage I let off steam. I didn't physically hurt anyone, I didn't try and hurt anyone. I just wanted to release the anger out because I felt like I worked so hard for this music," Brown explained.
