Stars Hit the Red Carpet for the 2011 ESPY Awards

INSIDE EDITION reports from the red carpet at the ESPY Awards where sports and Hollywood collide for one spectacular event.

The hottest athletes and Hollywood celebrities lit up the red carpet at last night's ESPY awards.

An almost unrecognizable Jonah Hill turned heads. The actor has lost 40 pounds in six months.

"I saw a nutritionist, started working out a lot and eating healthy, and that's basically it," Hill said of his weight loss.

But the talk of the red carpet outside Los Angeles's Nokia Theatre was "Carmageddon," the nickname for this week's construction that will result in a shutdown of a portion of L.A.'s busy 405 Freeway. Motorists are expecting traffic jams of biblical proportions.

But Jaime Pressly isn't fazed.

"Everybody's acting like it's the end of the world. I think we'll be all right for two days," she said.

Pat Sajak told INSIDE EDITION his elaborate plans to escape the gridlock.

"We're going to go into our house, turn on the grill, and not turn it off until Monday," he said.

And race car driver Danica Patrick–who certainly knows a thing or two about driving–has a prediction.

"You're going to get around really easily during Carmageddon time because you might have to take the long way, but it might even be faster given that L.A. traffic is awful," she said.

Meanwhile, skier Lindsey Vonn looked stunning in a sequined mini dress. When she accepted her award for Best Female Athlete, she shared her one wish.

"Justin Bieber, will you take a picture with me for my Facebook page?" Vonn asked the teen idol.

And Bieber didn't disappoint. Vonn later posted a picture with him, writing, "I finally got my Justin Bieber pic! :)

But Selena Gomez has no reason to be jealous. Inside, Bieber and his girlfriend spent their time cozied up to one another in the front row.

And just three days after her game-tying goal against Brazil during the Women's World Cup, U.S. soccer star Abby Wambach won an ESPY for Best Play.

In a union of Hollywood and athletic royalty, the ESPY Awards were most certainly star-studded.
