Justin Bieber is denying a young woman's claim that he is the father of her three-month-old baby. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
A 20-year-old woman has filed a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, claiming he's the father of her child!
Mariah Yeater of San Diego and her three-month-old son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater appear on the cover of the new issue of Star magazine.
The baby was allegedly fathered by Bieber during a concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last year.
Star's Dylan Howard told INSIDE EDITION, "The next step in this is going to be fascinating. We have asked Justin Bieber's rep whether he's prepared to undergo a DNA test to prove that he is indeed not the father as he claims. His rep was quiet on that request. It's now up to a court to decide whether they're going to compel him to undergo that DNA test."
According to the paternity lawsuit, Bieber had a tryst with the woman in a bathroom right after the concert when he was just 16 years old, and she was 19.
The lawsuit contains some shocking details from the alleged one-night stand.
"Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him, and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time."
Bieber seems unfazed by the lawsuit. He debuted a new upswept hairdo while performing live on Dancing with the Stars Tuesday night and the audience gave him a standing ovation.
And Bieber's girlfriend Selena Gomez was all smiles at a charity event in Beverly Hills last night. Her boyfriend's alleged fling took place just one month before she and Bieber became an item.
In a statement, Bieber's lawyers denied that the teen heartthrob is the father of the child:
"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
