Golden Globe Nominations Announced

The nominations for the 69th Annual Golden Globes were announced today and INSIDE EDITION has the scoop on who made the list this year.

Sexy Sofia Vergara was up at the crack of dawn as she helped reveal the Golden Globe nominations.

In motion pictures the Best Actor category is a battle of the hunks—George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Fassbender, and Ryan Gosling.

Clooney is nominated for his role in The Descendants which also is up for Best Picture. He's also nominated for Best Director for The Ides of March with Ryan Gosling as Best Actor.

Brad Pitt gets his fourth Golden Globe nomination for Moneyball which also is up for Best Picture. And DiCaprio portrays FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover.

Sofia Vergara was excited as she learned she got her first Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress in Modern Family.

But the big winner in the nominations is for the silent movie The Artist, with six nominations including Best Picture.

The Golden Globes will be broadcast on January 15th with Ricky Gervais returning as host for the third year in a row.
