Whitney Houston's Boyfriend Releases Statement

Whitney Houston's Boyfriend Releases Statement

Whitney Houston's boyfriend spoke directly to her, using her childhood nickname, in his first public words since her death.

"Nippy I miss you so much," said Ray J, the younger brother of pop star Brandy, in a just-released statement.

"You were so happy and full of love. Your smile will live in my heart forever," said Ray J.

Ray J was at the center of a blowup between a jealous Houston and former X-Factor contestant Stacy Francis, just two days before her death.

INSIDE EDITION's Lisa Guerrero spoke to Francis and asked, "Some people are describing you as most hated woman in the world, right now. That has got to be painful?"

Francis replied, "Yes, of course. It is very painful."

Francis is being trashed online for going public with her story that Houston confronted her because she mistakenly thought Francis was hitting on Ray-J at a Hollywood nightclub.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton wrote, "You should be ashamed."

"Sounds false. Overdramatized. A flat out lie," wrote another blogger.

A post on Francis' Twitter page read: "Are you serious??? Why even...talk about something like that right now! Wow! You could of kept that to urself!"

Francis said, "I get very confused about what to say and what not to say because I want to stay in respect to her, who she was, a legend. But I also know, unfortunately, she was an addict."

Francis is getting some support on Twitter: "Stacy did nothing wrong...she showed Whitney n family nothing but respect."

Francis said, "I don't want world to hate me. I want them to know me for my voice, I want them to know me for how Whitney Houston inspired me to sing."
