Is Chris Brown in trouble again?

The embattled singer, who just won a Grammy, is now being accused of taking a fan's iPhone!

It allegedly happened after a night of partying at Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach.  

The police incident report, obtained by INSIDE EDITION, states that as Chris Brown was leaving, a woman identified as Christal Shanae Spann followed him to his car, and took his picture with her cell phone.

Brown allegedly grabbed the phone out of her hand, cursed , and said "You ain't going to put that on no website."

The offense is described in the report as: robbery by sudden snatching.  

Chris Brown says he did nothing wrong.
