questions whether the interview with Bobbi Kristina comes too soon.

"I suspect the real reason for the Winfrey interview is to somehow quash the constant flux of negative stories and rumors," says writer Allison Samuels.

Meanwhile, it's being claimed that Houston had an affair with Michael Jackson's brother, Jermaine. Their year-long fling reportedly happened in the early-80s when Houston was 22 and single, but Jermaine was married.

A newspaper says Houston's classic "Saving All My Love For You" was all about her love for Jermaine Jackson.

On The Talk Monday, Jermaine's sister, LaToya Jackson talked about the supposed romance.

"In '84 Jermaine and Whitney did work together. That was the beginning of her career, basically, and Jermaine was right there with her," said LaToya. "He has admitted that they've had an affair."
