Look out - "The Dictator" has arrived, and nobody is safe from the chaos.
Sacha Baron Cohen, behind a loony beard and kooky costume, protected by some gorgeous gun-toting female guards, held a press conference in New York on Monday.
The star of the soon-to-be released comedy, The Dictator, is in the midst of a wild promotional tour and he stays in costume and in character the entire time.
On the Today show, Matt Lauer asked "The Dictator" about that now-legendary spilling of ashes on the red carpet at the Oscars®.
Lauer said, "You spilled some of Kim Jong-Il's ashes on our friend, Ryan Seacrest. Is there anything you would like to say to Ryan?"
"The Dictator" responded, "I know first hand, personally, Ryan tried to attempt a coup and take your job! I'm having him executed!"
And on Saturday Night Live, "The Dictator" tortured famed director Martin Scorsese into saying the right things about his new movie.
From the antics this character has done, The Dictator could be rated "O" for "Outrageous" and that's just how Baron Cohen would want it.
