INSIDE EDITION caught up with the stunner as she unpacked in her new apartment in Manhattan.
So what does a beauty queen carry in her suit case? Her crown, of course, and a sash to go with it.
20-year-old Olivia Culpo gets to live in a luxury 3-bedroom apartment paid for by pageant owner Donald Trump as part of her prize package. She treated us to a little tour of her new pad.
Culpo showed us the dining room and said, "I probably will have friends over for dinner. I hope there will be a lot of good times."
Culpo wore a gorgeous purple gown in the weekend pageant and it's now hanging in the closet. She even has a purple bedspread to match.
She's also got a gorgeous roommate - Miss Universe, Leila Lopes.
So, what's on the grocery list? Stuff to maintain their gorgeous shapes.
Culpo said, "We're pretty healthy eaters. Mixed greens, chicken, vegetables."
A small town girl from Cranston, Rhode Island, Culpo said she can't wait to check out Tiffany & Co. and recreate Audrey Hepburn's iconic opening scene from Breakfast at Tiffany's. The pretty brunette who looks a bit like Hepburn says she wants to see all that the Big Apple has to offer.
"I can't wait to run in Central Park," said Culpo.
