There appears to be troubling times for Macaulay Culkin.
A recent photo shows the former child star looking ill as he leaves a hotel in Los Angeles. In the photo, Culkin can be seen clutching his stomach as he leans into the bushes.
The photo comes just days after the Home Alone star, who's now 31, denied a report in the National Enquirer that he is hooked on heroin.
Culkin's spokesman calls the story quote "impossibly and ridiculously fictitious."
This new photo was taken at the celebrity hangout, the Chateau Marmont Hotel.
