Taye Diggs Finds Intruder At Home After SAG Awards

Little could actor Taye Diggs have dreamed of the drama that was going on back at his house while he was presenting the award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards.

The Private Practice star and his wife, singer Idina Menzel, say they returned to their home in Studio City, California, after the SAG awards to find a burglar trying to break in.

The suspect ran away, but Diggs chased him down.

There was also a getaway driver who fled the scene of the crime.

The Diggs drama is eerily reminiscent of what happened to NCIS Los Angeles star LL Cool J. An intruder broke into his Studio City home last year and the actor reportedly broke his nose and his jaw.
