Heidi Klum Upset At Riptide Rescue Photographers

Heidi Klum is speaking out about photographers taking pictures while she was rescuing her son from drowning, instead of helping her. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

Supermodel Heidi Klum is upset about those photos that show her saving her son Henry from deadly riptides in Hawaii, and she's laying into the photographer who snapped them.

"The family was surprised that we were being photographed and no one would come help us," Klum told People.com.

Seven year-old Henry and two nannies were swept up in the dangerous rip currents when they were on vacation on the north shore of Oahu in Hawaii. There was a high surf advisory, and when Henry got caught in the current, Heidi jumped right in and pulled Henry to safety.

Her bodyguard boyfriend, Martin Kristen, also joined in the rescue. He looked exhausted after making his way back to shore.

"Never underestimate the power of the ocean," Klum said, "These photos taken recently look much worse than it really was that day."

She said that the nannies were in worse trouble than Henry was, but everything is fine now.

INSIDE EDITION tracked down the photographer and he would only say "No comment."
