Reese Witherspoon Cancels Apperances After Arrest

Following her arrest for disorderly conduct, Reese Witherspoon has cancelled her recent TV appearances and is in seclusion. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

Reese Witherpoon is in seclusion following her embarrassing arrest for disorderly conduct.

She was scheduled to promote her new movie, Mud, on Good Morning America, and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, but cancelled both appearances at the last minute.

Now, Reese is finding herself the target of the late night comics.

Jay Leno joked, "Reese Witherspoon got arrested over the weekend for disorderly conduct. She kept saying, 'Do you know who I am?' The cop put two and two together, 'Actress, drunk, is that Lindsay Lohan?'"

Jimmy Kimmel joked, "Does that ever work, 'Do you know who I am?', it's second only to 'Do you know who my father is?' it's a bad question because the answer is either 'No,' which is embarrassing, or 'yes and you are going to jail.'”

David Letterman welcomed Reese’s costar, Matthew McConaughey, but avoided asking questions about Reese’s antagonistic behavior in Atlanta.

Meanwhile, an appearance that Reese made on late night TV back in January is getting lots of attention in light of her admitted drunkenness when she was arrested.

Matt Damon had taken over Jimmy Kimmel Live for laughs, and Reese had some fun with the contents of a shopping bag.

Damon asked, "What do you have in there, baby formula?"

Reese replied, "Well, ok, it's Hennessy."
