Taylor Swift Wins Big At Billboard Music Awards

It was a big night filled with big drama at the Billboard Music Awards, Taylor Swift took home eight awards while Justin Bieber was booed by the crowd. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Taylor Swift cleaned up big time at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards.

The pop star took home eight awards, including Artist of the Year. She even poked fun at her roller coaster love life, telling her fans, "You are the longest and best relationship I've ever had."

She kicked the night off with a bang with her performance of her song, "22."

Justin Bieber won Billboard's first Milestone Artist of the Year award but got a chorus of boos during his acceptance speech.

He said, "I am an artist and should be taken seriously. This bull has got to stop."

The Biebs didn't get much respect behind the scenes either. After he and on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez were caught sharing a smooch backstage, Taylor Swift, Selena's close pal, stuck her tongue out.

And Swift had this to say when asked about 19-year-old Bieber's milestone award.

She said, "Can we have another question please?"

There were plenty of other jaw-dropping moments. Two young fans in the audience pit were injured when R&B crooner Miguel landed on them. Miguel came down on one young fan's head and he accidentally kicked the other young woman in the head, hard. You can see her crumbling to the floor before being picked up.

Whoopi Goldberg on The View said, "It is a live show. You have to keep going."

Miguel tweeted, "Got caught up in the moment, thank goodness [they're] okay." a photo of Miguel and one fan laughing backstage was posted on Tumblr.

Other stars sizzled at the Vegas show. Jennifer Lopez was a stunning lady in red in her sexy showgirl outfit. Christina Aguilera looked back to her old self after dropping the pounds. Just look at the difference from just a few months ago.

And what can you say about Madonna?

On the Today show, Hoda Kotb said, "She wasn't wearing pants during her acceptance speech."

At age 54, she's still got it.
