Justin Bieber Investigated For Reckless Driving

Justin Bieber is being called out for speeding through his exclusive neighborhood again, and this time the neighbor confronted him face-to-face. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Justin Bieber could be facing criminal charges in the wake of a bitter confrontation with one of his celebrity neighbors.

Former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, now an ESPN analyst, told police Bieber was driving his Ferrari at a reported 100 mph in their exclusive gated community in Calabasas, California.

Bieber allegedly blew by Johnson's home where his three-year-old daughter, London was playing. Johnson actually chased Bieber in his Prius and confronted the singer in his driveway.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told INSIDE EDITION, "The garage door in Mr. Bieber's house was coming down. Mr. Johnson ran up, stopped the garage door, because he just wanted to speak to him. He didn't want to do anything other than say, 'Please understand, there are children at play here.' Mr. Bieber apparently scurried into the house without talking to anybody."

INSIDE EDITION caught up with Johnson, but he didn't want to say any more about the incident. He was quoted as saying: "He treats our streets like it's the Indy 500. When I confronted him, he looked at me and ran back into his house like a wet puppy."

Talk about a mismatch! The pint-sized prince of pop is just 5' 7" and 123 pounds. The former Super Bowl hero is 6' 4" and 212 pounds.

Bieber denied he was driving but other witnesses insist he was behind the wheel.

"If indeed he did this, this is unacceptable behavior for anybody to be doing it anywhere at any time," said Whitmore.

Bieber was spotted at a Los Angeles Kings hockey game last night.

Realtor Josh Altman is a star of Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing. Altman told INSIDE EDITION, "You're  spending tens of millions of dollars to live in these nice neighborhoods and then the kid moves in next door, does whatever he wants, drives around town in the loudest Ferrari, making noise and disturbing the peace. I can understand why it's frustrating," said Altman.

Bieber moved into the ritzy gated community last spring, buying a sprawling mansion for $6.5 million from Eddie Murphy's former wife, Nicole.

Britney Spears used to live just down the street. One neighbor is Michael Jackson's mom, Katherine. Kris and Bruce Jenner and former NFL star, Eric Dickerson also live nearby.

Dickerson is siding with Keyshawn Johnson, tweeting: "I live in Calabasas too and @justinbieber needs to slow his (blank) down."
