Book Author Claims Alex Rodriguez Hired Call Girls

Yankees star slugger, Alex Rodriguez is denying claims in a new book that he repeatedly hired call girls to come to his New York apartment. INSIDE EDITION has more.

Did baseball's highest paid player Alex Rodriguez hire high-priced call girls, "two at a time, twice a week," at one of New York City’s most exclusive apartment buildings?

A building employee at Fifteen Central Park West said, "One time he had two go up, they came down and left, and 10 minutes later, Cameron Diaz walks in."

Alex Rodriguez lived at the exclusive condo on the Upper West Side for two years and moved out in 2011. He paid $30,000 a month.

At some point, Denzel Washington, Sting, Mark Wahlberg and Kelsey Grammer have all called the building home.

In House of Outrageous Fortune: Fifteen Central Park West, the World's Most Powerful Address, author Michael Gross says people who worked at the building buzzed about A-Rod’s love life, as they witnessed the coming and going of his famous girlfriends, including Cameron Diaz and Kate Hudson.

But it's the revelation about high-priced call girls that's making headlines.

New York Daily News associates A-Rod with a “hooker shock,” and an article named “A-Rod hooker ménage à trois” was featured in the New York Post.
.
The Talk’s Sara Gilbert questioned, “If you have Cameron Diaz coming, why are you having prostitutes coming? It doesn’t make any sense to me.”

A spokesman for A-Rod denounced the reports by saying, "The allegations concerning prostitutes are 100% false, and therefore, the author of the book cannot possibly have a single shred of evidence to back them up."

A-Rod is currently appealing his doping suspension.
