Richard Sherman's Tirade Is Hall Of Fame Worthy

Following Richard Sherman's tirade INSIDE EDITION looks at other famous rants that have made headlines.

Football star Richard Sherman’s post-game rant will no doubt go down in history as one of the most heated tirades ever. But he's not alone.

Just last month, the basketball coach for Southern Illinois University stunned reporters after his team lost a big game by calling his players “uncoachable mama's boys.”

Dennis Rodman lost it during his recent journey to North Korea in an interview with CNN. He later said he was drunk and checked into rehab.

However, sports figures have nothing on actors when it comes to uncontrollable rants.

Alec Baldwin has struggled with his temper over the years. You'll recall how he left a sickening phone message for his then 12-year-old daughter Ireland when he said, "I’m going to let you know just how I feel about what a rude little pig you really are. You are a rude thoughtless little pig!"

American Hustle star Christian Bale went off on a cinematographer after he walked across the set during the filming of Terminator Salvation. Bale said, "No! No! Don't shut me up! I am going to walk around and rip your [expletive] lights down?"

Mel Gibson may be the king of anger issues. Who could forget when he screamed his head off at his ex-girlfriend over the phone. He said, "Just [expletive] listen to me. Listen to my [expletive] ranting. Listen to what you do to me. You make my life so [expletive] difficult."

So, take heart Richard Sherman, in the Hall of Fame of great American rants, you are, sad to say, not alone.
