The sexy Golf Digest cover of model Paulina Gretzky garnered a lot of attention and some spoofs. INSIDE EDITION has more.
It's a goofy spoof of that controversial Golf Digest cover starring nine out-of-shape dudes.
A photographer got his buddies to recreate model Paulina Gretzky's pose, all while wearing a sports bra and cropped pants, regardless of the dimensions of their bellies.
It's the brainchild of Florida photographer Cy Cyr, who included himself in the spoof.
INSIDE EDITION's Diane McInerney asked, "What inspired you to take the photograph?"
Cyr replied, "The publicity that the cover was getting was just so negative, and I saw the humor in it."
Paulina is the daughter of ex-hockey great Wayne Gretzky and the fiancée of pro golfer Dustin Johnson. Some female golfers were upset that the gorgeous model was featured on the cover of the sports magazine.
"What a pathetic attempt to sell magazines," said one.
No word on how the angry golfers feel about the spoof.
