New Video of Justin Bieber Singing Racial Slurs Surfaces

Days after video of Justin Bieber making a racist joke surfaced, another shocking piece of footage has come to light of him using the "N" word. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Shocking and truly disturbing video of Justin Bieber singing the “N” word has just surfaced.

The troubled star was 14 years old when he made the video, which has just surfaced on the London Sun's website. Bieber, who is now 20, stares into the camera and cracks up as he sings a deeply offensive parody of his own song, “One Less Lonely Girl.”

It's unclear who posted the video or why the word “proof" appears across it. Bieber claims that he had seen a comedian singing the same parody and he was just parroting the comedian.

Gasps were heard at The Talk when the video was played for the studio audience and the hosts say it's hard to see how Bieber can recover.

Julie Chen proclaimed, "I think he is done and I think he should be done after that."

The video surfaces just days after another video of Bieber making a racist joke. Bieber issued an apology, saying "I thought it was okay to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance."

But no one expected anything like this latest video.
