Airdate: 06/28/2010

In Las Vegas, stars like Marie Osmond and Susan Lucci paid tribute to the legendary TV host Dick Clark at the Daytime Emmy Awards.

The 80-year-old Clark, still recovering from a massive stroke, got a standing ovation.

Ryan Seacrest, who many believe is the next Dick Clark, paid a special tribute to his friend.

"If I live to be 300 I could not fill your shoes.  I'm proud to be your friend  and I love you," Seacrest said.

The look on Dick Clark's face said it all.
