Bill Cosby Gets Standing Ovation As Scandal Rages On

Bill Cosby got a standing ovation during his comedy act on Thursday night. He even joked about being called an 'evil man', defying the firestorm over those rape allegations.

He joked, “Parents were coming and taking their children home, saying to me 'Bill Cosby you are an evil man!' We will never eat your Jell-O pudding again.”

He then put his head in his hands and pretended to cry.

Cosby was on stage at the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas performing for a women's charity. His long-suffering wife, Camile, was in the audience.

The performance took place as more women join the chorus of accusers who say Cosby assaulted them years ago. They include a former actress, journalist, lawyer, supermodel, and the wife of Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno.

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson, who says she was drugged and raped by Cosby in a hotel in Lake Tahoe in 1983, has released pictures of him wearing a bathrobe in his hotel suite. She says she took them minutes before the alleged rape and she claims that the photos corroborate her story.

She told Entertainment Tonight, "The last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me."

Cosby's attorney says her account is “a complete lie.”

Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb are calling for Cosby to come clean and reveal what really happened. INSIDE EDITION caught up with them at a Citymeals-on-Wheels charity event.

Kotb said, "I think now, after so many women have come out, it is time for him to say something so that we know the truth."

Gifford added, "It is heartbreaking all around."

Cosby's attorney is firing back at all accusers saying they are "Coming out of the woodwork with fabricated or unsubstantiated stories. People are coming out of nowhere with this sort of inane yarn is what happens in a media-driven feeding frenzy."
