Ariana Grande Video Apology for 'Donut Fiasco,' Doesn't Mention Shop Owner

Ariana Grande has apologized for her actions again in a new video after apparently licking a donut in a L.A. donut shop.

Ariana Grande apologizes on video.

“So, here I am apologizing again! I just wanted to make a video again to apologize for the whole donut fiasco and craziness,” she said.

The pop diva caused a huge uproar when she was caught on surveillance tape apparently licking a donut.

The pop diva recorded a four minute video she titled "Sorry Babes" and posted it on YouTube.

She said: “I was so disgusted with myself I shoved my face in a pillow and wanted to disappear. I reacted in a way that wasn't necessary to say the least and wasn't me at all.”

Ariana had already said she's sorry in a lengthy tweet but she hopes the video wins her forgiveness.

“I feel the apology I posted I actually missed the opportunity to apologize and express what I was feeling. Because I was too busy preaching about my issues with the food industry,” she said in the video.

Ariana also addresses her mean-spirited comments about America where she said “I hate America, I hate Americans.”

In the recent apology video, she said: “I've actually never been prouder to be an American to be honest with you. All the advances we've made in the last couple months. And all the progressive things that have been going on, I’ve never been prouder of this country actually.”

She made the video with her jaw still swollen after having her wisdom teeth removed.

“I'm making this video from wisdom tooth recovery Hell,” she said.

But one person she didn't apologize to -- the owner of Wolfee Donut Shop, near Los Angeles. Her donut licking scandal landed the mom and pop shop in hot water. Local health inspectors went to the shop on Wednesday and lowered their rating from ‘A’ to ‘B.’

INSIDE EDITION exclusively obtained the inspection report stating that Wolfee Donuts failed to keep “food separated and protected from contamination."

We spoke to owner Joe Marin, he said: “I never had a ‘B.’ I don't like the ‘B’ rating.”

He's not happy about the inspection, but he's hopeful, saying: “It's just minor things. We could fix it. They told us if we could fix it within seven days I get my ‘A’ back.”

Donut shops across the nation are on paying attention to the Ariana Grande scandal.

After the donuts are ready here at Dunwell Donuts in Brooklyn, they go from the kitchen directly to a rack, which is behind the counter away from the customer's reach, and to a glass display case.
INSIDE EDITION’s Steven Fabian asked the Dunwell Donut owner: “What would you do if you even thought a customer even contaminated a donut?”

“Throw it out,” he said.

As for Ariana, she'll never lick a doughnut in public again.

“I'm not here to make any excuses or justify my behavior because I can't. I'm just here to apologize,” she said in the new video.
