Tom Selleck Reportedly Reaches Settlement After Allegedly Stealing Truckloads of Water During Drought
Tom Selleck’s "drought shame" is over!
The Blue Bloods star and his wife, Jillie, had been accused of stealing truckloads of water from a public hydrant for their sprawling ranch that includes an avocado farm -- just as California copes with an historic drought.
The Calleguas Municipal Water District in Ventura County, California filed a civil complaint against the celebrity couple.
But now, reportedly, the actor has reached a settlement with the water district, which had claimed at least $32,000 in expenses from the Sellecks' actions.
The terms of the agreement have yet to be released.
