where hosts both present and past talked on Thursday about running the legendary show.

Also reunited were Charlie Gibson and, Diane Sawyer, who hosted together from 1999 until 2006.

Having the former hosts together was a time capsule of TV history and generated lots of memories.

When current host Robin Roberts jokingly asked: "How many people ever had wardrobe malfunctions on air?" many recalled their own personal slip ups.

Roberts’ co-host George Stephanopoulos told INSIDE EDITION: "It was so much fun. It was thrilling,” having he reunion and seeing everyone together.

Weather personality Ginger Zee was in Times Square with all those who preceded her, including Sam Champion and Spencer Christian.

Zee said she was “surrounded by weather royalty."
