The six-acre prairie town comes with a tavern, three-bedroom house and a former tire shop. The closest big town is Rapid City, about a 100 miles to the northwest.

In a listing she posted to Facebook, realtor Stacie Montgomery also described a tavern on the sprawling property that has "many updates, including; a new horseshoe shaped bar, coolers, grill, insulation, and a camera system. The tavern has an extra party room and a stage area."

The town's most recent residents were owner Lance Benson, his wife and dog, NBC News reports. Benson purchased the town for a second time in 2012 after losing it in a divorce. He has since lost it to the bank, according to reports.

While she's held the listing since June 2014, Montgomery said there have been multiple offers and inquiries on Swett.

Interested parties have even included a Russian movie production company that wanted to film there as well as several written offers that fell through.

Swett reached its peak population of 40 in the 1940s.
