More Details Emerge in the Courteney Cox-David Arquette Split

INSIDE EDITION is learning more about the woman at the center of the Courteney Cox and David Arquette breakup, including her prior arrests.

It's the woman at the center of the Courteney Cox marriage drama in a police mug shot.

That's right! Before Jasmine Waltz made headlines for her relationship with David Arquette, the pretty cocktail waitress was arrested twice in Florida—first in April 2000 for petty larceny, then two months later for marijuana possession. She pleaded no contest to both charges and spent two days in police custody.

"I had sex with a girl once....maybe twice," said Arquette when he gave a phone interview on Howard Stern's radio show.

Jasmine is said to be shocked and offended by Arquette's claim to Howard Stern that they only had sex a couple of times.

"Two times my (expletive deleted)!" an indigent Jasmine reportedly said to friends, claiming she actually hooked up with Arquette multiple times over the course of a month after his split from Courteney.

Jasmine was photographed yesterday seeking solace from the firestorm in the arms of her former flame Doug Reinhardt, who once dated Paris Hilton.

Meanwhile, Arquette is test driving life in the single lane—literally. He was photographed riding a motorcycle, a gift from Courteney just before their breakup.

"On our 11th year anniversary, Courteney gave me a motorcycle. And she said to me, 'I don't want to be your mother anymore,' " Arquette told Stern.

Howard Stern is now rushing to Arquette's defense following fallout from that notoriously candid interview, saying, "I found him refreshingly honest. He just got on the air and said, 'look, (expletive deleted) went down.' He wanted to say to his kid—he wanted to say to the world, 'I'm not a cheating husband. I love my wife.' "
