The singer claims Dr. Luke raped and sexually assaulted her. He denies the allegations and has not been charged with any crime.

“The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much,” she wrote on Instagram.

Her post comes as a 2011 deposition obtained by TMZ surfaced showing Kesha denying Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukas Gottwald, committed any acts of sexual misconduct.

She was asked: “Did you ever have an intimate relationship with Gottwald?”

“No,” she replied.

She was also asked: “Did Dr. Luke ever give you a roofie?”

“No,” she replied.

The deposition was part of a different lawsuit in which music management company DAS Communications claimed that Kesha severed ties with them in 2008 following pressure from Dr. Luke. The case was reportedly settled out of court.

Kesha's mom was also questioned about Dr. Luke in the deposition, which was first posted by TMZ.

“Had anyone told you that Gottwald had slipped Kesha a date rape drug?”

“No,” he mother replied.

Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos responded to the deposition when it was leaked in 2014, saying in a statement that Dr. Luke "threatened to destroy Kesha's life and the lives of her family if she didn't cover up his sexual assaults in a 2011 deposition."

Dr. Luke tweeted that he did not rape her nor did he have sex with her in a legnthy series of tweets on Monday.

I didn’t rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister.

Kesha and I made a lot of songs together and it was often good but there were creative differences at times.

It’s sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue.

But I feel confident when this is over the lies will be exposed and the truth will prevail..

Kesha has been getting big name support including Taylor Swift who donated $250,000 to help the singer with her legal bills.

After Swift’s donation was revealed, Lovato tweeted:

Take something to Capitol Hill or actually speak out about something and then I'll be impressed.

Lovato took the “Bad Blood" singer to task on a Swift fan site where she wrote: “At least I'm talking about it. Not everyone has 250k to just give to people. Would love to but I didn't grow up with money and def haven't made as much as her. At least I speak up about sh** that's uncomfortable to talk about rather than trying to be politically correct 24/7."

But Lovato says there's "no rivalry" between the two. The "Skyscraper" singer also posted:

As for Dr. Luke, he's refusing to get involved in a "trial by Twitter" after some of music's biggest names have come out in support of the 28-year-old singer.

Writing on the website Lenny Letter, Lena Dunham penned an essay called “Why Kesha’s Case is About More Than Kesha,” the actress said: “When I saw the outcome of Kesha’s court case last Friday, I felt sick.”

Lady Gaga tweeted:

There are people all over the world who love you @KeshaRose. And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery.

Miley Cyrus posted on Instagram:

It's a rich display of girl power at a time when one embattled pop star could use it.
