More About Anheuser-Busch Heir August Busch IV

INSIDE EDITION has learned more about Anheuser-Busch beer heir August Busch IV, whose girlfriend recently passed away while at his mansion.

Mourners attended a heartbreaking memorial service for the beautiful young woman who died mysteriously, but a key person was missing from the memorial: the billionaire she'd been dating.

The woman's name was Adrienne Nicole Martin. She died at a magnificent mansion belonging to August Busch IV.

Busch's family is well-known as the beer brewers Anheuser-Busch, the St. Louis-based brewery famous for their legendary Budweiser ads.

August Busch, known as the billionaire playboy, was dating the beautiful former Hooters waitress, 20 years his junior. Suddenly, a mysterious 911 call made by an employee inside the mansion rocked his world.

911 Operator: "What's the problem?"
Caller: "This girl is just not waking up. We can't get her to –"
911 Operator: "Is she breathing?"
Caller: "Yeah, we don't know, it's, it's dark, I'm going to get a light and try and see."
911 Operator: "Okay, all right, I'll get them going right away."
Caller: "Okay."
911 Operator: "All right, thanks, bye-bye."

When paramedics showed up, Martin was dead, and as St. Louis Post-Dispatch columnist Bill McClellan noted about the 911 call:

"I've heard more emotion when a guy calls in for a pizza."

"What's your take when you listen to that 911 call?" INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd asked reporter Nick Pistor of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

"It brings up just about as much mystery as the death itself. It's very cryptic and it's non-specific," he said.

Busch has kept a low profile since the body was found. His attorney released this statement:

"There is nothing to suggest anything suspicious. It was a tragic and untimely death."

Martin's death is the latest in a string of mishaps and scandals that have followed Busch over the years.

In 1983, as a 19-year-old college student, his Corvette crashed, killing a female passenger. No charges were filed.

And in 1985 he was charged with assault after a high-speed chase with police. He was later acquitted of those charges

"I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say that trouble seems to be following this guy around," observed Boyd.

Pistor said, "He had a history earlier in his life and then he's had this recent incident that has brought all that back. Everyone is just wondering what actually caused her death and hopefully we'll find out soon."

Martin's ex-husband says she did have a heart condition that she rarely spoke of to friends. The results of a toxicology report that will reveal the cause of death are not expected for about a month.
