INSIDE EDITION has obtained a copy of a last will and testament of the late Elizabeth Edwards, in which she does not mention her former husband John Edwards.
Elizabeth Edwards' will has just been released, and it reveals poignant details of her last days.
She signed the will on December 1, just six days before she died.
Her eldest daughter Catharine, a lawyer, is named as executor of the will. And she left everything to her three children.
Elizabeth Edwards wrote in the will: "All of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles owned by me at the time of my death, I give and bequeath to my children."
Eveything else, she left to Catharine.
Elizabeth's husband, disgraced Vice Presidential candidate John Edwards, is not mentioned even once in the will.
Elizabeth's death certificate, which has also just been released, reveals that the cause of death was metastatic breast cancer.
