Security expert Bob Strang told Inside Edition what Victoria's Secret needs to do to prepare for this year's high profile event.

"They are going to have perimeters set up and they are going to check vehicles as they arrive for explosives. Victoria's Secret models Bridget Malcolm and Kelly Gale showed Inside Edition their boxing routine at aerospace high performance center in New York City.

The workout helps them stay in shape but it also teaches them self-defense.

“It is nice to know that I can knock someone in the face if I need to,” Malcolm said.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion show airs Dec. 5 on CBS and features Lady Gaga, The Weeknd and Bruno Mars as musical guests.
