Four other children — ages 14,12, 8 and 4 — were also inside the home during the blaze but were able to escape before firefighters arrived, WREG reports.

Unfortunately it was too late for the young sisters, who were found dead in a rear bedroom.

According to reports, police say the children were alone inside the home and that the parents were taken in for questioning when they arrived to the scene.
