Rousey, who is set to fight Amanda Nunes inside Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena Friday, will have her first bout since her shocking defeat against Holly Holm in November 2015.

"All I care about is winning back my belt Friday night and that is it," the former champ told reporters at Thursday’s pre-fight weigh-in.

Rousey has been virtually silent since her big loss last year and is looking to reclaim the spotlight.

She recently told ESPN.com in a candid interview about her defeat to Holm: “That loss saved me from becoming what I hate. One of those people who live their lives to impress everyone else. Who put up a front for the world to admire. Who make sure every charitable act is posted and shared for their own image gain. Who posture and pose for people they care nothing about except for the opinion they have of them."

The fighter, known to many as “Rowdy,” added: “I'm just getting my life back.”

In the interview, she also said: “I want to be able to walk away with my head held high. I don't want 'good enough' to be my legacy.”
