The girl noticed an iPhone at her feet while she was undressed in the booth, and took it to office staff, authorities said.

Prosecutors filed the additional charges after finding more footage on his phone of nude and partially clothed women, the documents said.

Charges against the licensed vocational nurse include filming a sex act involving a child, endangering the welfare of a child and invasion of privacy, authorities said.
