Playing 6 Dead At Orlando Business After Disgruntled Ex-Employee Opens Fire: Cops

Monday morning turned deadly in one Florida workplace, where officials said a fired employee opened fire on former co-workers, leaving five of them dead.

John Robert Neumann Jr., 45, a former employee of the RV accessories business Fiamma, entered the company's building in an industrial area of Orlando and began firing shortly after 8 a.m., the Orange County Sheriff's Office told reporters.

He ultimately killed five others before turning the gun on himself, officials said.

First responders rushed to the scene at 8:05 a.m. Inside, they found three men and one woman dead.

A fourth man was taken to the hospital, but could not be saved.

“He shot five innocent people this morning then turned the gun on himself and shot himself," Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings said.

The five victims were identified as Robert Snyder, 69, Brenda Motanez-Crespo, 44, Kevin Clark, 50, Jeffrey Roberts, 57, and Kevin Lawson, 46, WKMG reported.

Some of those killed were shot multiple times, and it appeared that Neumann, an army veteran, may have had a negative relationship with at least one of the victims, according to reports.

"... He was certainly singling out the individuals that he shot,” Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings said.

Authorities said the shooting is not terror-related.

In a statement, Florida Gov. Rick Scott asked for prayers for the victims and their loved ones.

"I ask all Floridians to pray for the families impacted by this senseless act of violence. I will remain in contact with the Orlando law enforcement community throughout the day as more information is made available."

Anyone who has friends or family members who work at Fiamma can call 407-679-0100 ex. 3087 for more information, WKMG reported.
