The suspects were apprehended by U.S. Marshals, ATF and FBI.

According to authorities, the men were involved in the shooting at Ultra Power Lounge, where some 28 people were reported injured in the wake of the early morning melee.

Twenty-five people between the ages of 16 and 35 suffered gunshot wounds, while the other three were injured in the ensuing chaos, police said.

Both Hampton and the other suspect are currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail

Meanwhile, authorities said the shooting may have been gang-related and officials acted fast to ensure there is no chance it happens a second time at Ultra Power Lounge.

The city said Monday it intends to shut the club down under a "criminal abatement" program as state regulators suspended the club's liquor license the same day as the shooting.

Among the injured, just one was listed as critical following the shooting, which took place at Ultra Power Lounge. That person's condition has since been ungraded to stable.

"We do NOT believe this incident was an active shooter or terror related incident. It appears to have been a dispute at a concert," Little Rock PD wrote on its Twitter account overnight.

Video posted online by a club patron showed that at least two dozen shots rang out during a break in the concert.

"One is too many. Seventeen is very alarming and certainly disturbing," Little Rock Police Chief Kenton Buckner told reporters. "Some sort of dispute broke out between people inside... [there are probably] probably multiple shooting suspects."
