Donald Trump Blasts Jon Stewart Over Herman Cain Joke

Donald Trump pulled no punches toward Jon Stewart for remarks Stewart made on his show about Herman Cain's response to sexual harassment allegations. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Donald Trump makes a shocking allegation about The Daily Show's Jon Stewart.

Trump said, "How come Jon Stewart gets away with a very, very racist rant about Herman Cain? When somebody else says something even a little bit non-politically correct, they go after him. But when Jon Stewart does a horrible, horrible thing to the African-American community, they leave him alone?"

The fuming mogul points to a joke made by Stewart about embattled Herman Cain, who is under fire for allegedly sexually harassing two women while he was head of the National Restaurant Association.

On Fox News Cain was asked, "Have you ever had to settle a claim, given money or paid someone because of a claim of sexual harassment or sexual misconduct?"

Cain replied, "At the Restaurant Association. Now, outside of the Restaurant Association, absolutely not."

On The Daily Show, Stewart said, "You can't just go, 'Well, other than that, no.' That would be like, 'Have you ever kidnapped a baby?' 'Well, other than the Lindbergh boy, no.' "

Trump said, "It's not what he said, but the way he said it. The tone of his voice, the inflection. Unbelievable."

Trump thinks Stewart should apologize.

"I like Jon Stewart. I hope they don't take him off the air. But frankly, for this, they probably should. At least for while," said Trump.

Cain, who denies ever sexually harassing anyone, got testy at an appearance in Washington when reporters asked him about the claim.

"I'm here with these doctors and that's what I'm going to talk about. So don't even bother asking me all of these other questions that you all are curious about. Don't even bother."

Members of his security team held back reporters while Cain sternly said to reporters, "Excuse me! Excuse me!"
