NASCAR driver Tony Stewart was caught-on-tape grabbing the butt of a fellow driver's wife just before a big race. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
Friendly greeting or outrageous grope?
That's the question swirling over the video of NASCAR star Tony Stewart grabbing the butt of another driver's wife.
Pretty blonde DeLana Harvick was clearly startled. She turned, and when she realized it was Stewart, they gave each other a hug.
Harvick's husband, driver Kevin Harvick, witnessed the whole thing and laughed, and so did DeLana.
But, one YouTube viewer writes: "She should've spit in his face."
Another says the husband "Should have punched him."
Stewart, however, says the butt-grab is a good-luck tradition between him and the Harvicks.
"I guess it's just the first time the camera caught us," Stewart says. "It always makes her jump."
Harvick is backing him up. She tweeted a video of Stewart doing the same thing to her husband a couple of years ago.
"Just for the record, I'm not the only Harvick [he] likes to grab," Mrs. Harvick says.
