Lance Armstrong Changes Shoes After Nike Drops Him

A brave face isn’t the only thing Lance Armstrong put on at a public appearance for his cancer foundation. The disgraced cyclist also shed his former sponsor Nike’s shoe for some Asics. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.

Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong showed off his perfectly-toned body after a run in Austin, Texas. He still looks amazing without his shirt on.

And he was wearing Asics. After years of wearing Nike, Armstrong is now wearing rival Asics. The change in running shoes comes just days after Nike announced it was dropping its endorsement deal with Armstrong.

Armstrong has been keeping a low profile since the doping scandal erupted. But he made a rare public appearance over the weekend at his Livestrong cancer foundation.

"People ask me a lot, 'How you doing?' I tell them, 'Well, I've been better, but I've also been worse,' " said Armstrong.

And there was more devastating news for Armstrong today. The International Cycling Union officially stripped him of his seven Tour de France titles.

"Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling," said a union official.
