More drama for the disgraced former governor of South Carolina.
Mark Sanford's ex-wife, Jenny, accused him of trespassing.
In court documents, Jenny claimed Mark violated the terms of their divorce agreement by entering her home on Super Bowl Sunday while she was out.
She claimed she caught him sneaking out the back door. Mark said he just wanted to watch the big game with his son.
The ladies on The View had a good laugh at Sanford's expense.
"He claims he just walked in, and watched the Super Bowl," Whoopi Goldberg joked.
Jenny divorced Mark after he infamously lied about hiking on the Appalachian trail when he was really in Argentina having an affair with his mistress, Maria Belen Chapur.
They're now engaged and appeared in public together for the first time two weeks ago when he won the Republican nomination for his old seat in Congress.
But not everyone was celebrating. Jenny claimed Mark's son, Bolton, was upset when he was 'thrust onstage" with his dad's new fiancée. It was the first time he had met her.
According to Jenny, the teenager was "visibly upset."
Mark's poor judgement could cost him politically. The Republican National Committee has just withdrawn their support of his campaign.
He's running against Stephen Colbert's sister Elizabeth Colbert Busch. Election day is just two weeks away.
