Is John Mark Karr Starting a Cult?

INSIDE EDITION reports on the latest allegation against John Mark Karr, as a young woman says he's trying to create a cult of JonBenet Ramsey look-a-likes.

Is John Mark Karr a cult leader?  It's the latest shocking allegation in the ongoing search for the man who is infamous for falsely claiming he killed JonBenet Ramsey.

19-year-old Samantha Spiegel says Karr wants to create a family of JonBenet look-alikes that he calls "The Immaculates," and he's tried to use her to recruit them!

"Walking down the street, I wouldn't think about children for me, I'd think about children for John.  He wanted to start a cult of little girls and I was gonna be his right hand," Spiegel said.

Investigative crime reporter Michelle Sigona says Karr is even more dangerous now that he has become a she.  INSIDE EDITION first reported that Karr has changed his name to Alexis Reich and is now living as a woman, possibly in Seattle or San Francisco.

Sigona said, "These little girls may resemble JonBenet Ramsey. He appears to be obsessed with this case and with JonBenet."

Authorities have reportedly been looking for Karr to serve him with a temporary restraining order, which was filed after he allegedly sent death threats to Spiegel.  Karr first met Spiegel when she was an elementary school student where Karr taught.

Spiegel says Karr, who looks meek and mild-manner on the surface, emailed this recent threat to her: "If you cost me my little girls, I will hunt you down and kill you."

Sigona believes he's now using his appearance as a woman to get close to little girls and she's warning parents to be on the look out.

"We need to protect the children of the world. We need to figure out exactly where this guy is," said Sigona.
