Just In Time For Christmas, Priciest Home In America Hits The Market

If you’re swimming in cash, this might be the Christmas gift for you – the most expensive home in America. INSIDE EDITION took a tour.

The most expensive home in America just hit the market. The staggering $195 million home is located in Beverly Hills.

"Palazzo di Amore", or, "Palace of Love", is a mediterranean style villa built on a sprawling 25 acres.

"One of the most wonderful things about this home is you have this great indoor outdoor lifestyle," said realtor Stacy Gottula.

An infinity style swimming pool and spa overlook sweeping cityscape and ocean views. The back patio features banquet style dining along a 128-foot-long reflecting pool and gazebo.

A floating glass walkway welcomes visitors to the magnificent gardens. An aerial view is the only way to truly capture the splendor of the compound, equipped with it's own vineyard.

Realtors Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula of Coldwell Bankers Preview International call the property unparalleled.

Gottula said, "You're not going to find 25 acres anywhere in Beverly Hills like you will here."

But wait, this next luxury will make your head spin. While a lot of homes have media rooms, this estate has a media complex with a bowling alley, a theater that seats 60, and a rotating dance floor.

There are 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms including an exotic Turkish bath accented by hand painted wooden panels and floor-to-ceiling Moroccan tiles.

The property also features not one, but two wine tasting rooms. To gain entry, extra security is required.

"Your putting your thumb up, what are you doing?" Moret asked Gottula.

"This unlocks the wine room," she replied.

This room can host an intimate gathering. Downstairs, a larger vault holds 10-thousand bottles and wine barrels.

Real estate investor Jeff Greene bought the property eight years ago for a mere $35 million when the former owner went bankrupt. Now, after a grand remodel, he's hoping for a mega profit.

Moret asked Rey, "Who in the heck can buy a place like this?

"It will be a billionaire, someone who wants a compound, has a large family or large entourage," answered Rey.

That buyer will also get bragging rights to owning the most exclusive and expensive estate in the country.
